Refund Policy

At ReKindle with Kim, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and wellness services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing or booking any services.

 

 

1. Sessions and Packages

 

 

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions, digital products, or unused sessions in a package.

• If you are unable to continue due to a documented medical condition or emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential credit toward future services.

 

 

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session, it may be considered a missed appointment and is not refundable.
